Our customer service is a priority, we want our customers to leave happy, feeling good about their purchase. We've pulled together our top questions that we are asked by customers shopping in the store and answered them here to help clarify and make you feel confident when shopping with Big's Furniture.

  1. Why are your prices lower online and higher at the store?

We are able to offer lower pricing on our website because it is exclusive of any type of in store financing. Financing and in store credit card fees are all factored into our in store prices. By purchasing online we are passing the savings on to you, our customer.

  1. Do you offer same day delivery?

We carry stock of everything on our showroom floor. If you find something you love and need immediate delivery, we can accommodate same day delivery if you make the purchase before 10am. Otherwise we can offer delivery within 24 hours (if our delivery schedule permits).

  1. Do you carry special orders as show on the showroom in stock just in case that I don't want to wait the 6 weeks for it to get here?

Special orders are just that, special. Our special order items are made specifically to your taste so we do not carry stock on them. Special orders are generally in your home within 6 weeks (sometimes sooner!)

  1. Do you guys price match online stores?

Yes! We price match any legitimate online stores that carry the same furniture.

  1. Do you offer Scotchguard on the furniture you sell?

We offer Guardian Protection plans that cover fabric, leather, and wood furniture. Guardians' Premium Protection plans protects against food or beverage stains, rips, tears, burn and punctures on fabric or leather upholstery. Liquid rings, heat marks and gouges on wood and stone. And on upholstered furniture it covers stains caused by grass, crayons, grease, pen ink and cosmetics.
